Ingredients

  • Blended Scotch2 oz Blended Scotch
  • Lemon Juice3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • Honey syrup2 tsp Honey syrup
  • Ginger Syrup2 tsp Ginger Syrup
  • Islay single malt Scotch1/4 oz Islay single malt Scotch

Instructions

  1. Shake blended Scotch, lemon juice, honey syrup and ginger syrup with ice.
  2. Strain over large ice in chilled rocks glass.
  3. Float smoky Scotch on top (be sure to use a smoky Scotch such as an Islay single malt).
  4. Garnish with candied ginger.
