  • Water3 cups Water
  • Sugar1 cup Sugar
  • Cloves12 Cloves
  • Cinnamon2 Cinnamon
  • Lemon peel1 Lemon peel
  • Red wine750 ml Red wine

Instructions

  1. Simmer 3 cups water with, sugar, cloves, cinnamon sticks, and lemon peel in a stainless steel pot for 10 minutes.
  2. Add wine heat to a “coffee temperature” (DO NOT BOIL) then add the brandy.
