Ingredients

  • Dark rum1 part Dark rum
  • Orgeat syrup1/2 part Orgeat syrup

  • Pineapple juice1 part Pineapple juice

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients, except the bitters, into shaker filled with ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Pour into large glass, filled with ice.
  4. Add Angostura bitters, “on top”.
  5. Garnish with cocktail cherry and pineapple.
